夜趣传媒 built a tilt-panel, three-story academic building to house the university鈥檚 physical/occupational therapy program. In addition to classrooms, the building features a wellness center, therapy pool, physical and occupational therapy clinic space, a wet and dry anatomy lab, locker rooms, staff lounge and student lounge. Flex space on the first floor can be used as a large auditorium or partitioned into four classrooms. The upper floor features a large gathering space with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and custom pub-style bar and food service area.
