This regional headquarters facility features executive and administrative offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, kitchen and fitness center. Security features include employee-identification systems, security cameras and employee-restricted areas. The building鈥檚 sustainable features include a white TPO roofing system to reduce cooling loads. This was the first privately-owned LEED Certified building in Jacksonville. It won NAIOP Project of the Year and was an ABC Excellence Award Nominee.
